My passion has been giving people the tools to calm and move their bodies in a safe and compassionate way that creates in them strength and patience on the journey to their own self care practice. Private teaching gives me the opportunity to get to know my clients more intimately and we can break down the poses/ exercises to accommodate their level of fitness and to create a balance. My teaching comes from an intuitive side. I guide my clients to have the intuition in themselves to know what they need in their mind, body and spirit. Stress has its way of showing up in many ways and one of those is getting in tune with that stress. In my guiding practice I will connect you with all the parts to release the stress. What that may look like could be moving into slow postures, or moving with hand weights, could be more of a breathwork class, sound healing with crystal and Tibetan bowls to release stress anyway that helps you get out of your mind and into the body.
